Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary, usually 7-21 business days, depending on destination country and shipping method chosen.

Please note these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress on the Canada Post website or the shipping provider’s website if another carrier is used.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada and internationally. Some remote locations or international regions may have additional shipping fees or restrictions. If we are unable to fulfill an international order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier immediately using the tracking number provided. However, if you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please contact us at info@rezagemcollection.shop and we will help resolve the issue.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be due at the time of delivery.


Expedited and Express Shipping

If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note:

  • Express shipping chosen under free shipping promotions may be changed to regular shipping at our discretion without notice.

  • Reza Gem Collection reserves the full right to change the selected shipping method or any provided shipping data even after your purchase has been completed, based on operational needs or shipping restrictions.


Order Conflicts and Late Decisions

In the event of any conflict between your order and our operations caused by your late decision, delayed response, or failure to confirm order details on time, Reza Gem Collection reserves the full right to:

  • Delay shipment beyond our standard processing time.

  • If such delay exceeds 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order entirely and issue a refund at our sole discretion.
